1. Intended Use: Motorsport and Closed-Course Only

Billet Rotors ("we," "us," or "our") designs, manufactures, and distributes high-performance automotive components engineered exclusively for sanctioned motorsport events, closed-circuit racing, and off-road competition.

• Our products are not intended, designed, or approved for standard use on public roads, highways, or open streets.

2. Assumption of Risk

The installation and operation of high-performance racing components involve inherent risks. Any individual or entity purchasing, installing, or using our products (the "Buyer" or "you") does so entirely at their own risk.

Billet Rotors accepts no liability for any mechanical failure, property damage, personal injury, or legal consequences arising from the installation or track use of our components.

3. Compliance with New Zealand Law

It is the sole responsibility of the Buyer to ensure that their vehicle complies with all applicable local laws and transport regulations.

• You must independently verify how New Zealand transport legislation applies to your vehicle configuration.
• This includes, but is not limited to, compliance with Waka Kotahi (NZTA) Land Transport Rules, vehicle safety standards, emissions regulations, and LVVTA (Low Volume Vehicle Technical Association) modification certification requirements where applicable.
